    Michael Witteveen brings more than four decades of experience leading and investing in construction, real estate, and small businesses. As President and owner of Tecton Construction Management, he transformed a small family-run firm into a recognized leader in construction management, design-build, and sustainable development, delivering over $1B in projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

    Michael is known for his ability to turn around complex projects and organizations, guiding teams through operational and financial challenges with precision and integrity. Beyond construction, he has spent over 20 years as an angel and early-stage investor, serving on boards and advisory groups that support entrepreneurial growth and long-term value creation.

    He is a licensed engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, and lifelong builder committed to combining practical expertise with strategic insight to help businesses grow and endure.

  • Mitch Witteveen

    Mitch Witteveen draws on experience spanning finance, operations and entrepreneurship to identify, acquire and scale enduring businesses. He began his career at GE Aviation in a corporate finance leadership program, gaining exposure to complex financial systems and global manufacturing. He then joined the operations team at a middle market private equity firm, where he worked closely with portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives including profitability improvement, organizational design and LEAN initiatives. Mitch went on to lead M&A at a fast-scaling e-commerce startup, acquiring 40+ brands.

    Currently, Mitch serves as the CFO at a commercial laundry platform executing a consolidation strategy. The company acquires independently operated businesses and scales them through operational improvements, centralized functions and shared infrastructure. He leads the M&A strategy and execution, integrations, FP&A, lender and investor relations and organic growth strategy.
